A subsquent opus of Olmsted and Vaux post Central Park. The pair believed this was the better of the 2. Central site in the Battle of Brooklyn (we lost the battle, but won the war,) eternal resting place of Montgomery Clift, and the far side of Brooklyn's terminal moraine, this is where people with a Brooklyn accent do loops on bike.
RWGPS says the loop of its drive is 3.4 miles and 135' vertical. It has one hill with a dip on its crest, resulting in a different animal than Central Park.
Care must always be used when riding, more so among other users. Not everyone is paying attention or competent. Train during low usage, never abandon efforts to ride defensively.
